For those of you that close early on Fridays,I dikwa lucky. Some Fridays I have to work 24hrs until mid morning the following day so any Friday I close early say 5pm, I don’t joke with it.
Here are a few tips on how to unwind indoors on a Friday:
- Close early- The whole idea is for you to rest your body and enjoy some family time before the weekends much as you can to close early- The whole idea is for you to rest your body and enjoy some family time before the weekends’ activities. Try as to bring any work home.
- Get everyone together- Some people are lucky to close early on Fridays. if you close early and probably you haven’t been the one picking your kids from school,pick them up today.
- Grab some nice healthy lunch- if you are up to it ,you can have a healthy lunch(not snacks) at a fancy restaurant or a nice homemade healthy lunch at home.
- Get home and get warm- At this point , a cool warm shower will help your aching joints relax.
- Relax and watch a movie or listen to your favourite music. You can enjoy this time alone or with your family. You can enjoy this time alone or with your family. For me I don’t just watch a movie,sometimes a try a new tasty meal as a special surprise for everyone. This is the best time to make that fresh smoothie you saved from dobbys signature.
- Less is more- get a little break from social media while you relax, it will do some good.Giving your body time to refreshen and relax on a Friday helps you get going on a busy Saturday.
